I still haven't missed an article. Every other day, there's a new article. It's like clockwork!
this is cool
When I write an article for the site, it gets scheduled and published when it's time. I then share that article on linux.org and ask for feedback.
Today, someone made a mistake with the command. They made the mistake - even though I distinctly told them what to do in the article.
They then made another mistake. This time, adding a space that was not there - not following the directions.
They then said it wasn't installed and that I should tell people to install it if it's not installed. That was in the article - like the third paragraph in - where I told them it may need to be installed and how to install it.
So, I told the person that I love feedback but it'd be awesome if they'd actually read the article before giving me feedback. After all, there were three things they did that that were contrary to the very clear instructions given in the article.
They got offended, deleted their posts, and claimed they'd read the article - while blaming it on the site's white text on a black background (pretty much the easiest text to read, per a ton of research).
They didn't read the article... No fucking way they read it. If they DID read it, they're fucking idiots. Not reading it makes sense. If they read it and then said those things, they're just plain fucking retarded.
I'm sure it'll lead to some additional drama, but they had me go through removing posts that 'referenced them' and said they'd never comment on another article post.
Good...
I don't need that kinda feedback.
Man, people piss me off.
some people are just dumb
It's a live stream and not available - but I can see that it was onboard footage. I enjoy that for a while, but prefer full coverage where they show all sorts of footage. There are people who will watch the entire race's worth of onboard footage. I'm not a huge fan of watching it all that long.
And, damned right, that's a lot of articles. I can probably keep writing articls for quite some time.
I like the part where you could see how much throttle and braking and what gear and the speedometer
thats a lot of articles
