I dunno? It seems to me that being good would mean being more selective with regards to what goes into long-term storage.

Plus, I'm not sure what the 'total' is, but it seems pretty low. Today is Tuesday and I legitimately can't tell you what I ate for dinner just two nights ago. As it was, I had trouble recalling what I ate last night.

Nah, it has always been similar. It's slightly worse with age.

On the other hand, my brain will recall what specific outfit I wore to a music festival when I was 25...

If I practice it over and over again, I can remember it longer.
