That's because my memory is full of stupid shit like the correct spelling of an author's name to a book I have't read in three or four decades.

I dunno? It seems to me that being good would mean being more selective with regards to what goes into long-term storage.

Plus, I'm not sure what the 'total' is, but it seems pretty low. Today is Tuesday and I legitimately can't tell you what I ate for dinner just two nights ago. As it was, I had trouble recalling what I ate last night.
