See i only play by my self have no one to jam with so i kinda of need get a good one

You can always record your tracks and then use them as backing tracks. It's like a looper, but with more control - especially if you use a click track and align them to give you plenty of time to get ready for them to start.

Thata where im lost. I downloaded audacity and can record tracka and such but dont know how join them or use moniter as speakers so i can hear hpw it sounds while recording without wearing headphones

I learned by reading tutorials online. It gave me basic proficiency. The rest I learned by poking and clicking to see how it's done.
