Yeah, it's not like you're court ordered to be there. You can tell them to get bent

Yup. I don't have a probation officer or anything.

As near as I can tell, at least half of the other patients are ordered to be there by the courts. Not me.

Shit, I could walk in with beer on my breath and not have violated any specific rules. They might grump at me, but that's about it.

You could probably smoke a joint in the parking lot and make the other patients jealous!

Quite likely.

While weed is legal here, I think it still counts as a drug for people on probation and bail.

HOWEVER... I think they are perfectly fine to have weed in their system if they have a prescription for medical marijuana.
