I don't know how they would test but it would be obvious

It can be as obvious as the nose on your face, but it's all about what they can prove.

Just don't say, "Man, I'm tripping sack right now!"

I suppose if you're outlandish or an asshole, they could arrest you on stupid charges that there's no chance a DA picks up and takes to trial.

I've only been stopped that one time while tripping. So, I don't have any other experiences to draw on.

Oh if you try to make them prove anything in court they just throw more charges at you

Not in my experience. Then again, I have mostly always been able to afford a lawyer.

We're going back to Maine soon. It has been decided. A date has not yet been set.
