I've been thinking about tearing one of them apart to see if I can change the amp draw limitations, so that she can dump an entire battery's worth of energy in a half hour or so. But, they're lithium batteries and I really don't want to set her cars on fire or possibly set her on fire.

Just get her a better vehicle with more power already

I already did that. She just can't drive it yet.

I also can't really have her ripping around the hotel in a gas-powered buggy.
