Just stick to his story, no matter how hard they try to get him to change it.

He is technically guilty of the charge I can't remember - having sex with someone under 18 but not under 16. It was a misdemeanor. I looked it up back when you first mentioned it. Negligence is not a defense - nor is 'she said she was 18' not a defense. LOL I guess you're supposed to ask for ID or something.

For what it is, I'd call that cheap. From the reviews and videos, the company makes solid guitars for the money. It's not a Gibson, it's just really good for the price.

Also, the name for these are "Chibsons" - meaning Gibson knockoffs from China.

Well I hope they don't even decide to go after that, I don't know, I doubt they will even notify him if they decide not to pursue the case.

Those do look like really nice guitars for the price. I would like one of these. But they are sold out
