Are you able to play it anyway you want?

Not really. I want to be able to sight-read. I want to be able to take unknown sheet music, set it in front of me, and play it without making any errors - and at the right speed.

That's how I'd want to play it.

Oh... Yeah, I can play the fuck out of it. As I adjust to the guitar and amp, I'll really be able to play the fuck out of it.

Not many would notice, but there's always an adjustment when I pick up new gear/unfamiliar gear. Nobody will notice, 'cause I still play the fuck out of it. But, yeah, there's some time to adapt to it.
