I could probably pull that off for a while. Just jump to progressively better and better. At the end a year, I'd be as good as Malmsteen!

And, yeah... These days, some folks think rape is sex they regret the following day.

I hope the cops come to the conclusion that this supposed rape is really sex that she regret the next day.

Just stick to his story, no matter how hard they try to get him to change it.

He is technically guilty of the charge I can't remember - having sex with someone under 18 but not under 16. It was a misdemeanor. I looked it up back when you first mentioned it. Negligence is not a defense - nor is 'she said she was 18' not a defense. LOL I guess you're supposed to ask for ID or something.

I think thats called statutory rape
