It's not a shortage of available alcohol. I've got plenty of alcohol available - immediately available, even.

Possibly. Biff drinks but seldom to excess. She might have a glass of wine with dinner a few nights a week and maybe have two or three glasses of wine once a week. Then again, that's enough to get her pretty buzzed. She doesn't exactly weigh very much. She doesn't even weigh 100 pounds I don't think.
