Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

I don't watch the news either.

$20 a click seems like a lot to me

When a click is worth tens of thousands of dollars, it doesn't seem too high.

Things like mesothelioma lawyers pay a lot per click. It's all done behind the scenes (with many ad agencies) in a really quick auction. No, you're not bidding in real time - but you might have an ad exec at your company changing bid rates fairly often as they try to maximize profit with regards to spending.

I suppose if you are going to make thousands off of the click $20 is nothing

Yeah... Lemme dig out something...

Based on data from WordStream, the average cost per click (CPC) for car insurance in the US is $89.53. Other insurance CPCs for the US include

Homeowners insurance – $53.49 Health insurance – $18.14 Life insurance – $34.97

That's what it costs per click. Now, that means a number of non-click impressions. You're paying for impressions and clicks are when people click the ad.
