Not even a little. The first couple of times were some euphoria and some pain relief. These days, they barely take the edge off - if that...

I will eventually be back on opiates. That's pretty certain. The goal is to prolong that. Opiates are terrible for your long-term health at the level I'd take them. So, prolonging that is mostly the goal at this point.
