We did the math a few years ago and determined that I've had a guitar in my hand for 55,000 hours - as of a few years ago and using low estimates. Seriously, if you put that much time into something and you still suck, you probably missed your calling.

It has been a lot of fun. The guitar has opened so many doors for me, doors to places I'd never otherwise see.

At least two hours a day - every day - pretty much without fail since 1968.

well im glad you have pull out good music currently we need lots more and with that many hrs until you cant i will say lots of good will continue to flow. my grand father played alot of stringed instruments witht he bluegrass brothers over the years. so i get the love naturally just i goofed off over the years neglecting
