No, probably not. Though some of what's coming across th block that should be fairly inexpensive.

if I had some money I would be interested in looking at the inexpensive cars, just for something until my jaguar is repaired

That is for sure. I imagine there are people who register to bid just hoping one or two of the cars if their choice happens to fall in their price range
