Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

its not to that point yet. i've noticed that I'm slowly losing coolant tho, and i can see where the gasket is broken and coolant is coming out. i have an 05 p71 vic so those plastic manifolds tend to go out around this time haha

i love the car tho! its big and easy to work on. a very mechanical car and its a body on frame. its like driving a couch haha

Man, even if it is plastic and cracks, you've got parts aplenty with that car. There's a ton of parts out there for you.

for sure! i've got the new part, but im plannning to also flush/change the coolant. i haven't looked it up yet but do you think i should do that before or after changing the manifold?

Flush after, is my thoughts. You can't be sure of the pressure ahead of time, so flush after and you're flushing a new system.

I think the Crown Vics had a coolant input below the top-off threshold so you may need one of those pumps to flush it properly - but you can probably do the whole 'hose squeeze' thing and get most of the air out of the system.

It's a Crown Vic... Everything you could ever want to know is definitely online. They made like a million of those fuckers.

If I was on a limited budget and needed a car, the Crown Vic would be one of my first choices. They're awesome and you can drop the complete front end and replace it in a matter of hours and toss on a new fender all at the same time - and all those parts can be had at the nearest junk yard for like $100 bucks.
