This song isn't a Christmas song at all.
It was recorded by Biff when she was still new to the guitar. It took her weeks to learn to play this, and she put in those hours just for COF. This whole time, it has never been shared - as it was for "COF Only". (We'd discussed sharing it after his passing.)
If you know Biff's story and if you know the lyrics to the song, you'll understand why he wanted her to record this song. He often referred to her within the context of this song. You may recall snippets of conversation that alluded to this recording, but here it is in its entirety and for the first time ever in public:

If you believe in such things, and he did, perhaps he's here listening now... If so, that's a favorite of his.
That's a great acoustic guitar song. Did she learn Yesterday too? That one is really cool for acoustic guitar. McCartney also.
She doesn't know it (as far as I know, she's still in bed), but it's definitely something she could learn at this stage.
i do not know the lyrics or the song but it sounds beautiful
You should look 'em up, as it will make perfect sense.
"Blackbird singing in the dead of night,
Take these broken words and learn to fly.
You were only waiting for this moment to arrive."
Something like that. It's a good Beatles song.
It's a Beatles song? Hmm, wonder why I don't know that one. I love the Beatles
