The verbiage isn't clear. I'm not sure if he turned his oxygen down, or if he something else meant he wasn't getting enough oxygen.

Oh ok, that was just a temporary low oxygen level. I hope he's comfortable

Oh, yeah... If it wasn't temporary, he'd be dead by now. You can't survive that way for long.
