Knowing how bureaucracies (and I spelled the right the first time, thank you very much) work, it's just a matter of finding the right person within the organization and then finding the correct paperwork.

When it comes to receiving money, I would think they would bend over backwards to find a way to accept it

My guess is that it's gonna be a pain in the ass to make sure the right group of people gets the money.

one of my friends just called me to tell me she's been watching a huge green ball shaped ufo for the last hour

I know I have seen things like guitar companies donating guitars to schools, maybe if money is too much red tape you could do something like that
