Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

They did, indeed!

Also, it has reached the point where most of my communication with COF is through a relative. Instead of fits of inactivity, he now has fits of lucidity.

I will continue to keep you informed and will make the appropriate announcements when due.

That sure does not sound too good. As long as he is comfortable and has lucidity often enough I guess that's good. But it doesn't sound good

Well, no... No, it's not good. He's gonna die and it's likely gonna be soon. There's like zero chance of recovery. In fact, I don't think they're even treating him anymore. They're just drugging him up to keep 'em comfortable while waiting for the inevitable.

(I don't want there to be any misconceptions about this.)
