Yeah, he's allowed to drive for work now. As a lawyer, quite a few things can possibly be considered work, which is nice.

He's still limited to a BAC of 0.00, still subject to probation conditions, and shit like that. He's still got time hanging over his head.

They should have revoked his driving privileges for life!

I dunno, it's a first offense on an otherwise clean record. So, I'm okay with them getting a 2nd chance. It's not like anyone died or anything. I, the primary victim, wouldn't ask for an elevated sentence if asked.
