As long as the family is not in dispute I would think your lawyer should be able to do what needs to be done. It's mostly simply formalities unless there are disputes anyways, isn't it?

Pretty much. It's a good job for my lawyer. It's the kinda thing he can handle, though it's a bit 'beneath' him - and he'll surely push the work (if any) off on one of the aides. If they dispute anything, there's fuck all I can really do about it. That's a judge's responsibility, or an arbitrator before a judge's responsibility.

LOL They've got a few inches back home. Nothing too major yet, but it's definitely winter there.

It's 56° here. It's gonna hit like 76° today.
