LOL Might as find out what I'm facing before I decide to bail. If it's like a year or something, I will do that. I'd likely plea deal to pay a bunch of money and not actually do a custodial sentence. After all, they don't really have anything to charge me with - and I have no desire to give them something to charge me with.

Yeah you really wouldn't want to abscond on something minor

Yeah, if I'm just getting a year and a fine I'll be okay with that. I might even be willing to do a couple of years - but it's gotta be in prison and not in jail. I want to go to a real prison.
