That's probably the best option, inasmuch as one can make that decision.

The most I see these days is civil court and I don't even see that.

The last time I was in court was the one that took the cake, I am not appearing aver again

I dunno... I'm gonna appear if it's just like a slap on the wrist.

Hell, I'm gonna appear no matter what - if ordered. I'll see how the case goes. Then, when I'm still out on bail before sentencing...
