It's cold outside here today, high of ten degrees

It's not warm here. It has been kinda chilly - but, yeah, where you live is cold. It's just a little chilly here.

I think it's 45° or so... No, 47° according to Biff's phone.

Right? It's funny, but 47 is cold in August but it's damned near t-shirt weather in February.
