LOL That's only 'cause they couldn't handle. People still wanted to corner. You had much better suspension designs all over the place.

Hell, the Mustang had a solid rear axle until just a few years ago.

It can be scary as fuck in something like an old GTO.

Fortunately, modern cars handle so much better. That and radial tires make one hell of a difference.
