It is really un-equal treatment for the sellers of alcohol, cause most other products can be sold at any time

Oh, Maine has it pretty great. There are some places where you can't buy alcohol at all. Then, you have states like Pennsylvania. There, you can only buy alcohol at a state store (and that includes beer), but you can buy beer to takeout from a bar.

Yeah, there are entire dry counties.

That is definitely not equal treatment as seller of other products.

That's fine with me, actually, as long as all the residents agree to that

I highly doubt that all the residents agree. In fact, in the case of those dry native villages in Alaska, not all the residents definitely do not agree.
