Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

I eat the fish I catch, as long as they are big enough!

I often put the bigger fish back. They're the ones mating and keeping my favorite fisheries viable.

I caught a humongous Smallmouth bass some years back that would have been the state record if I had not ate it!

I do not eat bass. I do not find it tasty. I do sometimes keep them and give them to some of the old people in the village. They make a stew out of them. I don't care for the taste of bass, so I normally chuck it back in the water - if I caught it by mistake.

Most of my fishing these days is 'sight fishing'. I can see the fish I'm trying to catch and I present them with a fly that I try to make match their current diet. It's hard, but that's my favorite type of fishing.
