Doing well, I'm actually out playing again. I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed it. I trust all is well in your corner of the world, tell Mrs. Biff I said hello

Glad to hear you're out playing. People need to hear your voice.

I could actually have been out playing tonight, but I declined. I'm trying to stick to the bigger shows because I'm trying to actually retire.

I'm thinking next year's gonna be my last. I may still go sit in on a set here and there, maybe get a little drunk and make a fool of myself... But, it's about time for me to retire. I've taught the band everything I can, really. They're doing fine now and they'll continue to do fine without me.

The missus says to say hello.
