I have no plans on selling mine either. I hope to live here a long time

My house probably isn't worth as much as people think it is. On the open market, it's very much my house. Any buyer would remodel pretty much everything. So, it's a limited market.

That's why you see 12 million dollar mansions selling for like 5 mil. They're just so customized for the original owner that the next owner would have to remodel everything.

They dont have to, but they have the money to make it the way they want it

It'd be like buying someone's used/modern Rolls Royce. It's like buying another man's underwear.
