Didn't he die at Nuremburgring?

I don't think so. I think he passed away in his home. He just died last year, like April of last year and in his home or in a hospital. He'd been sick for a while when he died.

Oh ok. I thought he was the guy who used to win a lot of races in the Jag XK120 or XK140's

Maybe I am thinking of someone else that died there. There was an Australian or New Zealand guy that I forget his name that maybe who I was thinking of

He drove pretty much everything, so some Jags must be in the mix. I guess he preferred English cars. He won a lot, but got out of the game pretty early, before dying. So, he doesn't have the overall numbers of people like Fangio.
