It'd take some work, but I could write musically-correct (meaning harmonic, following music theory) chords that are impossible to play with one hand. It'd be a waste of time, but it could be done.

I don't see how it'd be valuable in any way. It might make an interesting exercise if I was still a young student. I'm too old to waste my time with it these days.
