Given the size of the area, if their uncle owned a F12TDF, I'd sure as fuck know about it. Hell, I'd probably know if they owned a new 'Vette or even a higher-end Mustang.

Yeah, or I'd at least have seen the car around. Seriously, I've had people claim that their relative/friend owned nearly every vehicle I've taken out. That includes 800k Ferrari models. "My brother used to own one just like it." Yeah, right...

I don't know why they lie about it. I get it, you want to see the car and talk about it. That's fine. Just don't lie about it.

I've even had a person tell me that the body rusted on their uncle's old Corvette. The body isn't made of metal. It's man-made, fiberglass - or carbon fiber.
