I hit one lady's car at a red light. I got out of the car, glared at her while saying that there was no damage (there wasn't any that I saw), and she got back in her car. I think I mostly scared her.

The other guy didn't mind that I was hitting his car. I'd be able to slow it down to like 2 MPH but the fucking parking lot was like glass smooth and level so you'd just keep on coasting. I'd slow down and coast around in a circle to slow down as much as I could and I'd bounce off his bumper.

LoL Yeah if I had a piece of shit car I wouldn't car if you used my bumper either. Couldn't you just shut it off in gear?

You could, but it was an automatic and it'd happily keep rolling. More than once I used the reverse gear to stop but that was doing serious damage to the transmission.
