Yeah, I just can't justify it in my situation. I won't be claiming Social Security either. I could claim it and then just donate it automatically, but I'd rather it stay in the system. It's not much to stay in the system, but it's the principle. I like the idea of the program and want it to remain solvent.

That's my thinking. I don't fucking need it. Let people like Verle have it. That paltry $800 a month isn't gonna do me a damned bit of good - but it means the difference of life and death for other people.
