Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

That is awesome for them and for you, cause if they ever do move on the tools stay with the vehicles

The tools they buy for themselves they can keep. The big tools for the shop gotta stay with the shop.

I paid for a very, very high-end 3D printer. They ain't taking that with 'em if they leave.

I really expect them to remain with me until I die. I don't see either one of them quitting. They get paid well. They have great stuff to work on. Every day is different for them. So, it'll keep them intersted.

That's awesome. I hope they do stay with you for a long time

Me too, 'cause hiring them was a bit of a pain in the ass. I had to go through the university just to find people to interview.

I didn't want a 'tech' that had taken 6 months of night-classes. I wanted automotive engineers that know why it works, how it works, and how to make it work - even when there's no manual or factory support.

I didn't want to hire someone that just knows how to change parts based on a code thrown by a computer.
