LOL That sucks. I've never been arrested for drugs. I've had my drugs/paraphernalia taken and I've been fined - but I've never been arrested.

They actually took me to jail and charged me with 0.1 gram of marijuana and having the pot pipe. $750 each. I made them prove it in trial and they dropped the pipe charge so I only had to pay one fine

For weed...

Man, when they make it legal, they should pay back everyone they fined for it and give something, I'm not sure what - but something, to everyone they put in jail for simple possession.

Yeah, it's completely ridiculous.ost of the state now has decriminalized it locally and made it a $20 fine or less, but the county I am in still demonized it at recently lowered the fine to $625
