I have never had a problem sleeping. I don't like to wake up. If I don't set the alarm or have someone to wake me up I will sleep for twelve hours easy

I've never slept well, for as long as I can remember. If I do a shitton of work then that will help, so long as it's physical labor and a lot of it.

That must suck. I can not related to that at all.

There are times where I can't fall asleep for an hour or two but once I do I'm out for a long, long time.

Even when I wake up in the morning it takes me at least a half an hour just to be able to think coherently.

Though if I drank coffee or used caffeine I could probably shorten that. I don't like coffee and avoid soda for the most part

Cutting out caffeine entirely doesn't help even in the slightest.
