Nah, it wasn't a dress-up kinda meal. We only do that a few days a week, unless we're going out to eat. If we're going out, we almost always dress up. (I don't usually dress up to go to the doctors. That's a sweatshirt kinda day.)

No, not every day. Just some of 'em. I put on at least a suit jacket and sometimes a tie. I generally wear slacks and dress shoes for it. We put our phones away, light candles, have flowers, etc...

Gotta look good.
