I'm pretty sure that's not a real surgery. Well, it seems unlikely to be one. They'll lop it off for you, but I don't think they just do reductions. There's a ton of nerve endings in there.

I made my World Famous Egg Fu Young w/rice (brown)®. I have yet to eat it. In the midst of cooking, my stomach felt a bit icky. So, I'll wait and eat it in a bit. Either way, we decided not to order out.
