Biff is really detached, so it doesn't hurt her. She's used to her mother being a fuckup.

Her mom frequently 'borrows' money. We don't even ask for it back.

Biff has you. She has no need for that woman anymore. I remember the state you found her and her brother in. I am sure that a lot of things went on in Biffs life that she would rather just leave in the past.
