You can still get stone construction, it's just REALLY fucking expensive and takes a long time.

It probably would have taken a decade for my house to have been made with stone.

Yeah. It definitely would have cost a whole lot more and took forever. You could build another house somewhere on your property out of stone and move if you wanted

Yeah, but I won't. It's also REALLY expensive. Plus, it'd be wasteful. I've already got a house. In fact, I have more than one house.
