Billy Schmidt, 22, was shot dead around 1.30am on June 6 as he walked back to his family's home in South Philadelphia during an apparent robbery. On Tuesday, police obtained arrest warrants for two 16-year-old boys, Kaiseem Smith and Azzubair Outen-Fleming, for Schmidt's murder. The teens do not appear to be in custody, and Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore released a statement on social media asking anyone with information on their whereabouts to call police.
