A mob of "teens” turned a FAMILY FESTIVAL into UTTER CHAOS in Dearborn Heights, MI... ...sending parents and little kids running, fights breaking out, and SMALL CHILDREN NEARLY TRAMPLED, SO THEY SHUT IT DOWN EARLY!!!! This was the Spirit Festival, one of the city's oldest family traditions. Carnival rides. Live music. They even held quiet "sensory hours" for kids with special needs. A FAMILY event. AND THESE TEENS SWARMED IT!!! They ran through the crowds like maniacs. Fights broke out. Families RAN FOR THEIR LIVES. A dad who was there with his children said: "I saw two, three, four, five, six year olds about to get TRAMPLED… they were running through here like it's a big game. It's not a game." It got so dangerous that police had to SHUT THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL DOWN early. Kids who waited all year got ONE ride before police cleared everyone out. It took NINE different law enforcement agencies to get it under control. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS?!!!!
