Well holy moly, I thought Uncle Ruckus was supposed to be a parody of Bill Cosby, but this guy is like the real-life Uncle Ruckus. This guy is so spicy that even normie conservatives would call him a racist. Thanks for the video. That said, I'm pretty sure it wasn't this guy with the Beethoven meme quote because part of the meme was the irony that it was a normal black racist type being forced to admit that blacks had no culture.
