With the SVB bailout, the Fed gave a bunch of billions in cash out to depositors. They didn't literally bury people in currency, it's mostly electronic, being bounced around, and is swelling the cash balances of all the other banks. Bigger banks are benefiting most but smaller banks are getting a cut too. It will help them stay solvent.
It will also exacerbate inflation further, but that will take weeks or months to percolate. That will tend to put further stress on banks down the road, especially if the Fed tries to rein it in again, but for now the crisis has been stifled.
