They outlaw cars in congested areas to make travel impossible. They restrict the size of parking lots in shopping centers to make parking a nightmare so you'll be "encouraged" not to drive. They wall off secondary and tertiary roads to concentrate traffic jams. They put in express lanes with exorbitant pricing for rich people (them) to bypass the misery they've created. If one of these clown niggers comes to your city there's an easy way to expose their lies: try to get them to include rules that don't allow doing any of the above. They will promise they won't do it, but they will resist making it a written law with everything they have.
