Technically I am a biologist. I can confirm that infects neither produce milk, nor have hair. That being said, feeding off of life lower in the food chain is often more healthy as the bioaccumulation of toxins is greatly reduced. That being said, I ain’t gonna eat a plate of roaches and maggots.
