Step back. Think Durham has authority to background check jurors. Also has the power to dismiss jurors. So does the defendants lawyer. Durham had to know this and accepted it. Why? Maybe because he wanted sus man to be free of the charge of lying to fbi. That charge for the deep state would land him probably 6-14mo this at a country club anyways. The thing I don’t understand is I thought that jurors were picked at random and then filtered through both sides lawyers. How did these get picked ?
