I don't believe the mandate for federal employees or the military has been halted. A quick look shows the OK AG was fighting to halt it, but had so far be unsuccessful.

He caved on that, it’s January 4th or whenever supposedly, I know it got slapped with needing religious exemptions added.
The military supposedly stopped also and everyone who doesn’t take the vax is “flagged” which means you can’t reenlist, get promoted or receive awards, that’s pretty much it. big deal, still an honorable.
